HP Officejet 100 Mobile Bluetooth
Printing Errors
In our testing and user reports, we have found a
Bluetooth implementation problem within the Officejet 100 that may
cause problems printing from some Windows Mobile and CE devices,
while other similar devices print with great success. We believe
this is a problem within the Officejet 100 printer because same
devices running identical print jobs to many different HP and non-HP
printers via Bluetooth print without error, but intermittently may
hang when printing to Officejet 100.
HP has released firmware update for Officejet 100
which seems to fix the issue on many devices, including those we
have tested, but we do have a user report of continued problems even
using this new firmware. To try to fix this problem please go to
link below, then download and install firmware to printer (if you
have any questions or difficulties with this, please contact HP
support directly - we are unable to answer questions related to
firmware installation):

Note that if this firmware update does not correct
the issue, we will have to wait until HP finds a resolution to this
problem and releases yet another firmware update. You can sign up at
the above link with HP to be notified of future firmware releases
for this printer.
